Transfers to the resort and back...

An Air Canada Vacations or our ground representative will meet your flight and assist you with ground transportation once you have gone through immigration and customs. Please be aware that in the Customs area you are likely to be approached by people who are selling Time Share. Please proceed directly outside where your Air Canada Vacations Representatives are waiting.

Time-share sales persons can be found in most airports and can be aggressive at times. They will often offer 'free' excursions and day trips in exchange for your attendance at their 'brief' presentations. Be careful as many of these presentations turn into full day events with several associates making sales pitches to you. Please also be aware the time-share sales persons may also be found at many hotels and on the streets. If you are not interested, politely say no and walk away. Please be aware that talking to them may cause you to miss your transfer to the resort.

Private Porters will also be in most airports. These individuals will offer to take your luggage to the bus or take you to your hotel. Be warned they will expect a tip for any service. But once you clear Customs and Immigration an Air Canada Vacations Representative will be waiting for you with an air-conditioned motor coach to take you to your hotel so there is no need for this service.

Transfer For passengers having purchased a complete holiday package, the Air Canada Vacations representative will guide you to your bus or taxi for the transfer to your accommodation. Air only and land only passengers must arrange their own transfers by taxi or bus.
